Residential House Plans

Residential House Plans

Best suited for clients who are seeking to obtain architectural house plans for the purpose of building a home.

  • $1.25 covered SF for from scratch plans.
  • $0.60 per living square foot for pre-made stock plans with no changes.
  • Pricing for modified stock plans will be set based on the complexity of the requested changes.
  • $500 deposit and sign our contract to begin the process. Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice, so you can get started with confidence.
  • Our plans include: Dimensioned floor plan, Utility plan, Exterior elevations, Interior elevations (with millwork/cabinetry), Roof plan.
  • Any meetings or communication needed to gather the information needed to offer design ideas.

Interior Design

Full Interior Design

Best suited for clients at the beginning stage of the custom home process, or anyone looking to take their design to the next level with 3D modeling and design.

  • 3D renders / walkthroughs of any space with millwork or cabinetry. Rendering Prices are a case by case basis, please reach out to madison.n.grubb@gmail.com for more information.
  • Callout by room of any interior wall coverings (i.e. shiplap locations, board and batten, tongue and groove, wallpaper, etc.)
  • All interior selections to be made including but not limited to paint colors, tile selections, light fixtures, plumbing selections, cabinet details and finishes, flooring, door and cabinet hardware.  
  • This does not include furniture.
  • A project book will be provided for client and builder use.

Interior Selections / Finish Out

Best suited for contractors, individuals that have already begun the construction process, or clients that are needing support to create a cohesive finished design in their home.

  • $2000 Flat Fee Pricing to include: Interior Selections for the project, presented in a digital format by room allowing the overall selections for the home.
  • To include all material specifications so that the client and/or builder has clear information on where the selections are from. HTR Interiors will develop a first pass for the project based off of the initial consultation, and any inspiration imagery, and from there the client and HTR will collaborate together to finalize the package.
