"We first met Kathy towards the end of 2018 to start the process for our new home, then the pandemic put everything on hold. Fast forward toward the end 2023 and now Madison has taken the lead. We brought Madison some semi rough sketches (a bunch), we sat down and discussed our visions and areas we needed some help with designing. I’ll Just say that Madison knocked it out of the park on her first rough draft. This rough draft is now our final set of plans with a few minor tweaks. What a fantastic experience this has been. Discuss

Our process at Hot Tin Roof designs begins with an intimate discussion during which we dive deep into your vision preferences and aspirations for your space. To create attainable goals for our team, we'll get to know you through a collaborative exchange that allows us to share a mutual inspiration. Afterward, we'll have a design road map that's as unique as you are.

Design

Together as a team, we will begin the design process through a series of iterations to blend your list of wants and needs with the overall architectural design of the home. This phase will consist of preliminary and design development phases that hone in on overall square footage, material palette, and space requirements.

Deliver

At the conclusion of our process, a full architectural construction set will be provided. These documents are a buildable set of drawings that include floor plans, utility/electrical plan, exterior and interior elevations, and a roof plan.
