Interior Design Packages
(1) Full Interior Design
- Best suited for: clients at the beginning stage of the custom home process, or anyone looking to take their
design to the next level with 3D modeling and design.
- Final Pricing is calculated at $1.25 square footage.
- Pricing to Include: 3D renders / walkthroughs of any space with millwork or cabinetry. Callout by room of any interior wall
coverings (i.e. shiplap locations, board and batten, tongue and groove, wallpaper, etc.) All interior selections to be made including
but not limited to paint colors, tile selections, light fixtures, plumbing selections, cabinet details and finishes, flooring, door and
cabinet hardware. This does not include furniture. Please reference Furniture Services for pricing. If Hot Tin Roof is completing
your architectural plans, interior elevations and details will be included in the set, and additionally a project book will be provided for
client and builder use.
(2) Finish Selections / Finish Out
- Best suited for: Contractors, individuals that have already begun the construction process, or clients that are
needing support to create a cohesive finished design in their home
- $2000 Flat Fee
- Pricing to include: Interior Selections for the project, presented in a digital format by room allowing the client to see
the overall selections for the home. To include all material information so that the client and/or builder has clear
information on where the selections are from. HTR Interiors will develop a first pass for the project based off of the initial
consultation, and any inspiration imagery, and from there the client and HTR will collaborate together to finalize the package.
(1) Remodeling + Re Design
- Best suited for clients looking to remodel their current or already constructed home.
- Pricing is $140 an hour
- Pricing to Include: a field verification of the existing space, and design ideas presented for the space.
Any meetings or communication needed to gather the information needed to offer design ideas.
Final packages will include detailed drawings of the proposed remodel, and any and all design selections.
A final project book will be provided for client and contractor use.
(2) Interior Design Consulting
- Best suited for clients looking to give their existing home a cosmetic “face lift” but not looking to complete an
extensive remodel.
- Pricing is $120 an hour
- Pricing to Include: Any meetings or communication needed to gather the information needed to offer design ideas.
A final project book will be provided for client and contractor use. This does not include any drawings or 3D modeling.
- Best suited for clients looking for guidance on the furniture and decor for their home.
- Pricing is $100 an hour.
- Pricing to include: Assistance in selecting any and all furniture, and home decor.
A Design Book will be included depicting furniture by room for the project.
